Mad Dogs by Danae Papaioannou | Greece | 13′ | Three broke buddies have fun on their usual stroll at the outskirts of a small town. As they tease each other about girls, money and authority they find an abandoned helpless dog. They have some fun with it. In a split second, things get out of hand. The three boys turn against each other. Mad Dogs is a film about power in a single 12 minute shot in rural Greece.
Carols by Thanos Psychogios | Greece | 16′ | It’s Christmas Eve in Athens. 12-year-old Andreas goes from house to house singing carols. He wants to help his family but he can’t imagine how far his unemployed father will go to do the same thing.
Daughter of the bride by Tamar Rudoy | Israel | 15′ | Tirza lives in a dim and detached reality, when this day comes and forces her out of herself and into her own image in the family portrait.
